This could be a symptom of underlying anxiety and panic about certain situations which you are not in control of. Please see a counsellor and psychiatrist to get your assessment and start the treatment. In the meantime start exercising every day so that you are able to manage stress better. Eat a high protein diet which helps in mood regulation and do yoga pranayama and meditation which helps immensely in anxiety and palpitations.
