Hello, Kindly tell me where you have hernia as there are many type of hernia 1. Inguinal 2. Umbilical 3. Incisional and also tell me is this painful? Do you have constipation? Do you have freq cough cold? Is size increases while coughing or sneezing? is it goes inside manually? Kindly follow advises given below 1.
