From 2 days I am having red rash or patches on glans of penis and also red small spots on same area, the red area starts from near ppp till the tip but not covering whole penis I can say like half penis (front of penis and not back of it) which is not itchy at all it burns when I pullback my foreskin or touch that patchy or rash area (glans after pulling back foreskin) and sometimes when my penis is in normal position after urinating it burns there. Please tell me some medicine aur cream.
