Hi, I am 21 years old. I have doubt that which type of inner is good for testicles. Because am using boxer type inner wear. Where it will not hold testicles tightly like jetty type. So prefer which type of inner is good for testicles and sperm production.

Hello- boxers are great when you?re trying to conceive and when you are trying to let your scrotum do what it?s supposed to do, which is to pull the testicles close but then let them descend so they are at the right temperature. Sperm production is at its best when testicles are 2 to 4 degrees below body temperature, around 96 degrees. ?if you?re wearing tight underwear, your testicles will be up against your skin, and your testicles will be running around 98.6 degrees, which is the temperature of the body. So they don?t produce sperm as well.?
