I have been suffering from Balanitis for the last 7 months. I have been unable to even retract the foreskin because there is a severe burning sensation when I try to pull the skin back. I also get a whitish deposit on my penis head every morning and sometimes during the day time too which goes after washing with warm water. When sniffed, the white deposits smells like sugar. My sexual life has been halted since then. I have tried Betnovate-GM, Canesten-S, Canesten creams locally and Flucos-200, Alflucos-200, Syscan-150 orally during last seven months of suffering, but there is no improvement so far. I am into chewing tobacco which I think aggravates the situation but I can't be sure about it. Last time in 2015 I had suffered from the same Thrush/Balanitis, but after taking Sifcan-150 orally for 2 months everyday and without using any cream locally, I was completely cured. Kindly advise.
