Why do my ears feel tight, a bit achy and sensitive, reduced hearing ability, and I'm often feeling changes of pressure in them and hearing a heartbeat and loud thumping sound at random times? Also a loud buzz sometimes too. Side note, I've had a cold for a couple weeks now. Sometimes it's like a bit of a whooshing sound.
