"I am not able to control my lust for sex. Please help me. Whenever I see a white girl there is a burning sensation in my heart. I am a student of class 12. This problem is acting as distraction in my studies. At first I think its just adolescence but now I think its kind of disease. Because of this I am not able think properly. A help from a doctor is highly appreciated. Please suggest me.

You are not able to control your lust for sex. I advise you to be vegetarian. Take plenty of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. Follow this and give feedback.
