Hi, I was suffering from insomnia in 2017. Then I consulted a local psychiatrist in Srinagar. He Prescribed me Mirtazapine 15 mg at Bedtime. I started taking the Same for 7 months. Then, he decreased the dosage to 7.5 mg. Right now, I am taking Mirtazapine 7.5 mg at bedtime. It works well. I am also a patient of IBS with Constipation. Taking Lactifiber granules for the Same. Now the problem is that my sexual desire is very low from the last 2 years. Erection is only 20-30%. Means there is Erectile dysfunction also. I don't do masturbation. No night fall Occurs. Nothing happens, even if I see a beautiful girl, Very much depressed. No Erection, No sexual desire.
