Hello, I am 19 years old I doubt I have venous leak due to traumatic prone masturbation. If I get an erection lose very fast with vein throbbing. I have consulted doctor and given me medication like sildenafil, tadalafil but no cure has been seen same situation blood leaving penis when erect. After taking medicine got an erection with vein throbbing and erection with jump for few minutes. After consuming pomegranate juice for few weeks got an erection staying for an hour. As I noted the vein jump has completely stopped and feels like penis was relaxed. Will their be any permanent cure for this issue.
