When I wake up in the night with an urge to urinate and I try to hold it for 5 more minutes, I feel something moving in my intestinal area or the pelvic area and all of a sudden, my urge to urinate decreases and when I go to the bathroom to urinate, I do not feel I have passed a lot of urine with respect to the urge that I had earlier when I just woke up. Does urine go back to the kidneys and back to bloodstream if the bladder is full and we hold the urine?

Hello, Please get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to rule out any developing mass inside abdomen which is causing pressure symptoms over the bladder causing urge to urinate. Regards
