Hi, I got infection in my penis. It started after marriage 2 years ago when I first time noticed the burning sensation under the skin and below the head. Examined by family physician got to know that it came from my partner who was suffering with foul smell and white discharge sometime. We both got medication and temporary relief. Now I got permanent red spot on penis head and burning sensation and redness under the skin. I gets worse while erection. Uncomfortable while penetration and oral sex. The red spots makes the ugly look and redness and burning sensation gives the pain. Please guide.
