I have dried up blood on the nail-bed of toe thumb (a common runner's feet problem). I would like to know how would a Dermatologist treat my nail. I have no pain (since its been about 3 months now), but the toe-thumb-nail looks all dark blue & ugly. I want to have a healthy & normal looking thumb nail again.

I would prescribe you terbinafine tablet twice a day for 16 weeks and 8% cyclopirox nail laquer for your onychomycosis.
