My daughter is 3 yrs. How do I prevent tooth decay. She brushes her teeth all by herself. Eats chocolate. Is there any way I can save her from blacken teeth that I see in other preschoolers.

Yes ofcorse mam..eating c hoclates or other sticky things is not the major problem always..but only if tha pt should rinse teeth after eating those things compulsory.. decay occur only because of ramnants of those sticky eating substances for longer time...so brush daily and rinse mouth regularly.use of floridated toothpastes,,sealants..can easily achived for cavity free teeth..

Best way to avoid decay brush teeth twice a day in proper way....make sure that your daughter doing it in right way..best techniques of brushing in kids is circular motion...and make sure also that she brushes her chewing surface(top portion) of teeth..because that are only portion which are most prone for decay...
