When I have to speak in front of people I stutter/stammer. I feel difficulty to speak even my name. But when I have to speak to my friends or family I speak fluently or stammer only few times. What should I do. Please help me out.

The situations you are comfortable with in those situations stammering will not happen that's why you don't face problem while talking to your friends or family. But the problem starts when you have to talk to strangers. You lag confidence there. Go for speech therapy from a trained speech pathologist.
