I'm a 22 year old male and from past 6 months im having this right testicle pain very mild and it's discomfort sometimes it's painful for hours and sometimes it won't be there for days n upon self examine I found that my right epididymis is bigger than left one so do I need to take antibiotics and painkillers? Suggest me any medication.
