I am 22 years old I sleep daily at 4 am or sometimes 6 am and I wake up till 11 am and I remain tired for the whole day. I want to sleep at 10 or 11 pm so that I wake up early morning is there any way?

Madam switch off your Mobile, TV, laptop at 10 pm. Switch off lights. Do not take day time snap. Hope it helps, otherwise will have to tale help of medicines.
