Its look likes that I am suffering from Hematospermia along with Post sex hematuria. Some 3 months back it started with high frequency and urgency of urination, then once for the first time I saw a drop of blood in my semen, then after 15 days every time I had sex my semen for full of blood followed by lot of blood in urine and blood clots. I have got all my check ups done as suggested by urologist, my abdomen sonography is normal for all organs like kidney, gall bladder, prostate etc, blood report is all ok and even urine analysis is also ok. I have also done 5 days antibiotic course for removing urinary track infection if any, physically no abnormality in penis or any STD skin abnormality. Urologist also checked prostate by inserting finger in my anus and said he found thinks are normal and mentioned it as hematospermia .Now few days back again I got blood in semen after sex followed by blood in urine. I am very worried, kindly suggest medicine and treatment to resolve this problem of blood in while ejaculating followed with blood in urine .I do take 100 mg vigora tablet before sex to get better results.
