Hello sir, I am suffering from right masseter muscle hypertrophy since last 9 years with bilateral parotid glands. I consulted facial aesthetic surgeon and was given a shot of botox injection which was helpful only for 6 months. Now I have swelling at my right cheek due to hypertrophy n my facial symmetry got changed due to this. Please suggest me whether to go with surgical removal or find some other alternative to this.
