I am a 58 year male. Due to GERD I had developed nodule in vocalchord for several years but now with medicines it is resolved. But the vocal chords are not getting back o normalcy and voice is still hoarse and occasionally sizes for a couple of minutes. Have been advised voice therapy. Is there any medicine to accelerate recovery.
