I am 67 years old suffering from Diabetes and BP since 10 years but both are under control. When I am sitting for more than 30 to 60 minutes and when I getup in the morning my foot especially left side below will be paining and feel the same for some time after doing some exercise and putting Hot water the same is reduced but it is continue daily. I am walking for more than 30 minutes. Kindly advice me to avoid suffering pain. Advance Thanks for your reply.

Hi sir In DM muscles and joints get affacted and blood circulation is diminished So you can take a walk twice a day half an hour each time can try physiothefapy Hot water bottle will surely help you.
