Stop taking junk food and deep fried foods. Take good amount of water. Take bananas regularly as they contain Bromeliad which helps in maintaining the sex hormones. Also garlic (contains Allicin), watermelon and pomegranate might help to some extent according to some studies. Get exposed to sun regularly for maintaining your Vitamin-D, melatonin and serotonin levels in your body.
