Can I eat chapati with braces? I have started wearing braces from past 4 days. How long will it take to settle? After what days I can eat food stuff like chapati n breads properly?

Hello. It's just 4 days so it will take little more time for you to adjust with braces in mouth. But you could take any foods with braces once you get used to it. So better go ahead with soft stuff for some more days. Once you got adjusted then you will get to know how to eat safe with braces in mouth. So take care.

Thanks for the query. As per my opinion you can eat your chappati and bread just after braces. The things you are supposed to avoid is hard food and direct bitting from anterior teeth. Regarding Settlement. It usually takes a week to get settle with braces. Sometime little more depending upon your copping capacity and type of braces.
