Can rubbing of penis outside vagina cause pregnancy? I was wearing condom during rubbing and it tore and I got to now and I removed it as soon as possible. I haven't penetrated and not ejaculated anywhere near vagina. But I am freaking out because of precum. Also she was on 13th day of cycle. I have researched a lot and it becomes confusing.
