I am suffering from piles since last year. It is second grade piles. Due to this my hemoglobin level is down around 10. My energy level is also down. I can not walk 1 km. Please suggest me proper medicine. Up to august I can not operate this because I am studying for govt exam which is in august. So up to august I can not do operation. So it is better for me to use medicines up to august after that I can go to operation. Suggest me medicine to stop bleeding and to increase my hemoglobin level and to increase energy.

No need for operation, get banding done instead. It takes 10 minutes only. Also get, atleast, a sigmoidoscopy done to rule out any other cause of bleeding. Meanwhile do sitz bath n apply ointment anonorm locally.
