Hi, I had heart breaks from my siblings because of their spouses and me could not get along very well. As I was very close with my siblings, I am not able to handle the distant formal relationship with them. I feel very lonely because of being away from my family as it has affected my freedom to meet with my parents as well. I am otherwise happy with my kids and spouse but once in a while when I have to talk to anyone of them on phone or meet them it triggers depression. I feel sad for many days and am unproductive. I cannot totally cut communication from them as after all they are my parents and siblings but any small communication causes depression. Basically I feel If I am able to forget the past and lower my expectations from them to be close to me as before I will be fine. It's been 5 years now with this situation but I am still unable to move on.
