I am using smyle the mouth ulcer gel. After I apply it to the affected part, should I swallow the saliva that is associated with it or I am supposed to spit it out? The earlier gel that I used had stated that'do not swallow It was allopathic, while this one is ayurvedic. please suggest if it is right?
