Hi sir, Am in 24 year age now. At 23 year I had done my both testicles Archiodexy surgery. Now am curing. Recently My Hormone test was done. My FSH lever in blood 66 points. Testosterone and all other elements are normal level. But sperm Zero count. Pls tell me How to reduce my FSH levels. Am not married. Please tell me sir. Is there any hope to produce sperm count.
