Can ACL Full thickness tear automatically joint the fiber?
It is mandatory to do the surgery?
If we can delay the surgery then what will effect of its?

1- It's obvious answer is no. There is not automatic repair. 2- Surgery is must, it's called ACL reconstruction/ repair. It's good to do early from a good surgeon. 3- If you delay the load will be borne by other structures of knee & they might get damaged. 4- Afterwards rehabilitation program: few set of therapy (exercise+ other modalities). 5- Back to work. 6- I am regularly treating ligaments repair of knee (ACL, PCL & Menisci), shoulder, Ankle. Most patients are players & they return to their normal life which is play again. Apart from these replacement are also common. As early you treat the early you return to work.
