I am 77 years old and got my both eyes operated for cataract and lenses implanted about a year back. Every thing was fine but slowly my near vision has detoriated. I think I need to check my specks and then to go for replacement. I would like to seek your advise regarding care of eyes so that no further deterioration takes place. Kindly help.
