To maintain eye health first of all you should use most effective and safe eye wash by Trifala kwath/him along with saptamrut lauh tab. You may also take some of panchkarma therapy i.e. Netratarpan along with nasya karma. We recommend to take vitamin A in proper dose by natural sources e.g. Carrot, cow ghee, sweet potatos green veg. Yam, yellow/orange colored fruits.
