Treatment of deviated nasal septum depends on it's type and degree of deviation. It's classified into mild, moderate and severe degree according to nasal obstruction. Shape can be varied. C-shaped, S-shaped, caudal dislocation and septal spur. If deviation is symptomatic then surgery is indicated.
