After how long does eye again stars diverting towards its original position after a successful squint eye (with low vision in one eye) operation in adult child or it remain at centre after cosmetic surgery?

Post a successful squint surgery, the eye maintains an orthophoric position that is a primary position with no deviation. Unless there are any late post operative complications, it generally maintains it's primary position.
