He had an bike accident in which his left femur and left jaw was damaged, after operation of femur doctor says there is fluid in his lungs so he can't breathe, oxygen pipes are running through his mouth, yesterday doctor said blood is coming in the pipe. He is in the ICU since last 3 days, please give me the information what is the real problem he is facing, how much time can it take to recover and why does this problem arise?

The fluid in his lung may be due to aspiration as a result of accident. Within 10-15 days recovery will occur. Take proper antibiotics.
