I didn't had intercourse but to exclude even the slightest possibility of pregnancy I took a pill in 24 hrs of that act. Its the 2 and time in 3 months. I am on anti tuberculosis drug medication since Jan. Is this harmful for me?

Pregnancy is not harmful. One can continue ATT in pregnancy even. Pills become less protective with ATT as rifampin induced liver enzymes and hastens metabolism of OCs. After initial intensive phase you are on less medication which is safe too. No harm in having sex and pregnancy.
