Dear sir, am facing problem with sperm count nil. Taken below test. Sperm test nil fructose positive. FSH, LH are normal Testis scan - bilateral small epididymis with ectasia of the tubules. Transectral ultrasound- midline prostatic cyst, Bilateral hypoplastic seminal vesicles and vas deferens. Please suggest best medicine.
