Can circumcision be done after 18 or it can only be done before 5-6 year of age and if possible then what can be pros and cons.

Yes it can be done at any age. If you are having a phimosis I.e. When the prepuce can't be retracted back, you have to do it.

Yes, circumcision can be done after 18. It is better to do it, if there is problem in moving back foreskin, otherwise it can cause pain during sex.
