Good morning sir, I want to ask something about a problem that I going through from long. May be It called as spermathorea or something else in your terms. As sometimes it happens when I was on phone call with a girl on the other side or when get in touch contact with a girl or when having a sexual thought a liquid substance of small amount comes out of my penis and covers the top of my penis, it is transparent in colour having a light sticky substance. It comes out involuntarily, and that time I looses my consciousness. Sir I'm feeling ashamed of myself sometimes. Please guide me what should I do. I'm living at mohali. Not having enough money as I shifted here just few months back doing ca training not get enough amount from there. Sir is there any treatment in government hospitals. Please guide sir.
