If your last menses were on 6th feb. You must have conceived in feb itself. Therefore it will be 5th month now.

Smoking is injurious...it can affect adversely esne during prpecially if smoking is during pregnancy

not essential but constipation should be avoided. Drink lots of water, buttermilk daily, min 7-8 spoons of cows ghee daily
