I feel that every human being has a unique mental health journey, and no one size or approach fits or works for all. I tend to integrate methods from different schools and orientations to create a treatment plan that will suit my client's needs best. I have completed BA in Applied Psychology and MA in Clinical Psychology. Along with this, I have interned at prestigious institutes and hospitals, working directly with top mental health professionals in our country. After completing my master's, I also started my organisation, AREMAS, which combines studies from the West and East, constructing a holistic approach to provide support and aid at both individual and community levels.
