I am feeling very tired and lazy these days. I got for 5 km run everyday but earlier I never faced such issues.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

If you have problem of premature ejaculation you can do Kegel's exercises ( start and stop flow method while urinating) if problem persists You need male sexual function analysis, consult a sexologist.

For gaining weight, you have to consume more protein rich foods to build muscles. Man should have 40 % muscles. The amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1.25 gm protein / kg of ideas \ wight. Include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. For customised diet plan (to evaluate your total fat, visceral & subcutaneous fat, your BMI, BMR, muscles etc.)

Exercise – Do at least one exercise twice or once every day, its help to boost your metabolism. 1)walking – 30 -40 min/day 2)Aerobics – 30-40 min /day 3)Cycling – 30-40 min / day 4)Meditation – 30 min /day 5)Skipping – 30-40 min/day 6)Swimming – 30-40 min/day 7)Jogging -30-40 min/day 8)Playing out door games – like football, basketball, tennis, badminton etc. Eat health food , avoid junk food , drink plenty of water , sound sleep .

In this condition avoid strain and stop the gym. Tk muscle relaxant medicine. Do hot fermentation. If it work then ok other physio session for 2 days. After relief start your gym in gradually process. Firstly your muscle should be use to gym then increase your strength levels.

Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hi, regular outdoor exercise helps to stimulate appetite. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take dates with milk in the morning. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Include protein rich food in your diet. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gaining weight. Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Ideally masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also. Do not keep negative thoughts. They will hinder in future psychologically.
