Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely.

Hi, higher than normal levels of direct bilirubin in your blood may indicate your liver isn't clearing bilirubin properly. Elevated levels of indirect bilirubin may indicate other problems. One common, and harmless, cause of elevated bilirubin is gilbert's syndrome, a deficiency in an enzyme that helps break down bilirubin. Bilirubin test results also may be used to monitor the progression of certain conditions such as jaundice. (need to correlate increased bilirubin with clinical findings and may require further investigations to be done).

Hi I recently moved to hyderabad from chennai. Im facing hairfall issue, if I take bath and rub my head using towel I cn see two hair and also while combing hair I can still see it. Take a balanced diet containing proteins like dhal, eggs etc. Fresh vegetables, fruits like apple guava, pineapple, pomegranate, oranges bananas etc dry fruits like dates, badami, walnuts, dairy products like milk, ghee khoya etc always wash well in salt water vegetables and fruits before using it. To remove pesticides and drugs sprayed on it. Next chew well for a longer time. Do not swallow it because you dont have time. This will lead to loss of weight and diseases. Next do not eat maida based items of bakery and pizzas and fast food items. Do proper exercise to absorb the nutrition you have taken. Regarding water you can drink half an hour before or after your meal. In between you can take one two sips if you feel like. Otherwise it will dilute your digestive juices delaying proper digestion. Hye. Thank you for your query. Sudden weight gain or loss may not necessarily be related to a disease. But such drastic differences in weight can surely cause a disease. It could be due to excess stress, work overload, poor eating habits, skipping meals and skipping meals.

Yes definitely you have a more weight according to your height also. It should be reduced upto 78 kg. By conscious eating you can lose it. Eat less chapati 1 per meal. Never eat upto satisfaction. Drink plenty of water.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Hello- this is due to summer season, sleep disturbances are commom around this time.
