Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week.

You can make your body fit by proper diet and exercise as well. To build your stamina, don’t just rely on physical activity, you also need to watch what you eat. Include a well-balanced diet by adding low-fat products, plenty of fruits and vegetables 1. Just do Warm up for ten to fifteen minutes of easy running. 2. For mental tiredness - do meditation and yoga 3. Mix it up. Run for two minutes at high intensity and then jog slowly for two-minutes, thirty-seconds. Run at top speed for 30 seconds and then jog for 45 seconds. Mix up your intervals at random. 4.Cool down for fifteen to twenty-five minutes. 5. All types of outdoor sports are best to overcome fatigue and boost your stamina level; this is because it is a form of aerobic exercise. Sports like football, basketball and all other sprinting games will help strengthen your heart 6. Include cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, jumping etc. DIET TO INCREASE STAMINA- Peanut butter is also excellent for building stamina. It is high in calories and digests slowly. Consume peanut butter in combination with complex carbs. Lean meat, fish, chicken and eggs (IF YOU ARE NON- VEGETARIAN" Rich in protein, these foods are important for growth and development, muscle building and repair. -Be sure to eat breakfast -Eating fruits can provide you with immediate energy.-Avoid simple, processed sugars.-Incorporate foods that are rich in omega-3 into your diet.-Mineral dense foods can increase stamina - take green tea these above ways will help you boost stamina. Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Take good amount of milk and milk products. Drink plenty of water. Take proper sleep. Avoid fried and spicy food items. Apply the paste of curd, turmeric n white chandan in the night. For more suggestions you may consult me again.

Hye, thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before enough decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine.

first need a health check ups.It could be for heredity,food habits,health problems.Follow these....Do exercise like weight lifting,other muscle building exercise.Eat extra more often.Add cream,butter,ghee,jam,jelly with foods.Add cream with tea/coffee.Use weight gainer supplement.Eat banana 3-4 pcs/day.Eat dense fruits,vegetables more.Extra protein help in weight gain.Eat nuts,seeds in snacks.No water just before or during meals.Drink lots of water throughout the day.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Sleep for 7-8 hours.

Overall sex stamina improves by healthy lifestyle. Regular sleep, exercise and meal are the foremost things. In diet cow milk, cow butter and garlic are proven sexual tonic. Regular healthy diet containing carbohydrate, protein and minerals-vitamins is necessary. Specific diet depends on culture and geographic situation. Exercise to control your weight and make you fit. Sleep to relax your mind. All above measures help you to relive mental stress also which indirectly help to perform better. Another aspect is emotional attachment and love between partners in overall life apart from the sex. If it is good no need of any tonic, natural stamina would suffice. I am 22 years old. I have been doing workout for 4 years but after few months I will join in a software company so I can't hit gym. So how to prevent muscle losing and toning? Will I lose muscle if I do not hit gym and only do cardio?

Hi lybrate-user life is a ever changing process, so I would say that its a change or transition period for you and if you manage your time you can easily maintain your muscles. I guess in gym you were easily devoting 2 or 3 hours daily but after your job you will not be getting time. I have an idea for you. For your upper body muscles take a 3000 push ups challenge, you have to do 100 push ups daily, in sets of 40+30+20+10. It can be easily done in 15 to 20 minutes. 100 pushups daily means 3000 a month. If you do this regularly your chest, shoulder, triceps, forearm, and wrist will be unbeatable when it comes to muscles. Similarly for lower body you can do skipping, chair, running on alternative days. So I just told you 4 body weight exercises there are plenty of more, start this regime and you will be amazed by the results. Thanks.

Doing exercise is always good for health, make it as part of your life and with that maintain proper diet for stay healthy. Just one hour before your exercise take some thing lite and which can top up your energy level like orange juice or grape juice etc and do the exercise and in between exercise take sips of water to be hydrated, and after exercise take some protein rich foods (Egg, Chicken, Milk, Pulses and Legumes etc.) and take frequent small meals. Maintain 2 to 3 hours maximum gap between meals. Consider going gym as a normal exercise apart from body building and plan your exercise according to your need. Whole day take at least 3 liter of water.
