Hi lybrate-user, I suggest to do alternate day exercise and yoga. It is sufficient to do any physical work of 40-50 minutes a day. If you do more than this, effect will be same but you may be over fatigue after some day.

Hi. Add more protein in your diet like sattu with milk, sprouts, pulses ,egg, milk and milk products. Peanut butter is another yummy remedy for gain weight. No drink before and with meals. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Avoid junk food and processed food. Do regular exercise.
