Hello, I suggest you that it is common to notice increased breast size while feeding. It automatically comes down after feeding. Try to eat healthy while feeding. I am not having hunger I can not like eating and only I eat 2 or mostly 1 time a day but when I do I eat a whole lot, becoz of which I have developed a huge stomach what should I do I know that I should eat in small amount in over 4 to 5 times a day but, simply I can't, I do not like eating regularly, I eat once around 3 or sometime around 5 pm and can you have any medicine this which I develop hunger frequently or your advice on this please, I would like to hear about this from you:-)

When ever you feel hungry eat food which is low fiber and easy to digest. Due to this food will digest very fast and you will feel hungry again I think your whole biological clock is disturb. Manage your biological clock. Like set your wake up and sleep timing. Make time table for your self like I will be wake up 7 a. M in morning and go to bed at 11. P. M. So same with lunch time. Right now if you can`t eat 4 to 5 meal it is ok. Fix your timing for main two meal for lunch and dinner. Lunch at 1. P. M and dinner at 9 p. M. Try to follow this time table. Your biological clock will be set automatically. And your whole problem is going to disappear slowly.

Hello, if a person with hypothyroidism wants to reduce weight, it is essential to first control tsh levels. Unless tsh levels are brought down between 3 to 4 milli units, no effort to reduce will benefit.

U can reduce weight by taking a balanced fiber rich diet. Take lesser calories avoid junk foods. You can take some fat burner like tablet lean gard.

Obesity is a condition of excessive body fat for a given height and gender. The intake of the calories must harmonize with the output of work done physically, to burn up the calories. Else the unused calories get stored up in the body as fat. The calorie requirement differs for each individual according to the pattern of work he undertakes. Eating just what the body needs followed by regular exercise is the only solution to deal obesity. Vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots and dark green leafy vegetables are low-calorie foods that are good for your health. Therefore, include some vegetables salad and fruits in your daily diet to keep you full and satisfied throughout the day. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon juice in a glass of warm water, mix well and have this mixture daily in the morning Green tea is an effective remedy for weight loss. Add 2-3 cups of green tea everyday to your daily routine to combat obesity. Exercise plays a key role in maintaining a healthy body. Lack of exercise can lead to overweight and obesity. Exercising burns up the extra fats in the body and will keep your body flexible, energetic and healthy, hence start doing some exercise daily for a fit and healthy body. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of warm water daily to make sure that your body is getting enough water. Drinking warm water will help shed those extra flabs in your body by burning extra calories several times a day, hence it can help you lose weight.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

U take low calorie low sodium high protein diet. 45 min walk regularly. Or excercise. 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

When you get acidity use cold milk without sugar (milk kept in fridge these days not with ice) or have vanilla icecream 1-2 scoop or have 12 watersoaked almonds any of this will help from getting relief from acidity to reduce start your day with lukewarm honey and lemon water take as much water as you can avoid spicy, oily, sweets etc

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, to decrease extra fat on you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Genetic factors play an important role in determining the traits of obesity and also rate of weight loss. Some genes play the role to telling the body how to metabolize food and to use extra calories or stored fat. Obesity runs in families as generally families eat similar foods, have similar lifestyle habits and thinking patterns, such as that children should eat more to become big and healthy. Certain illnesses like thyroid gland problems or genetic diseases run in families.

Some eating disorders like binge eating disorder affect a person's diet as he eats more and repeatedly often in binges. These people generally lack the developed eating patterns learned in childhood.

It is also to be remembered that obesity is not the result of momentary overeating. It is a long term phenomenon because people tend to overeat over long periods of time.

Emotions can fuel obesity, as people tend to eat more when they are upset, anxious, sad, stressed or even bored. Afterwards they feel bad about eating more, and later to relieve this stress, they may eat even more.

You need to take a balanced diet. Do exercise. Eat fat burner foods. Eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. Follow a low calorie balanced diet. Eat low calorie foods. Eat more vegetables n fruits. Eat 4 ltrs water. Eat flax seed powder with 1 glass of water before go to bed. Eat pomegranate /day if you want really lose weight. Aviod fast foods. Use rice bran oil o doctor'choice company 15-20 ml/day.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2.
