In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and if you want to stop one medicine than we have to keep a record of sugar levels through a glucometer.

Hi. If you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day, 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 5) avoid late night sleeping habits, 6) avoid coffee and tea, 7) eat 30-40 black currant and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals A) take 30ml of rubyclin liquid before meals, B) take 1 TSF of HARIDRA KHAND after meals, C) apply paste of MILK and fine powder of turmeric on face, two times in a day. D) apply paste of lemon juice and onion, in the root of hairs, with gentle massage leave it for 15-30 minutes, after that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurved). Do all things for 30 days, gives you good result, THANKS.

Take 8-9 glass of water regular avoid spicy food and beverage take healthy diet. Sprouted beans and nuts. 30 min brisk walk from your hectic life is most important.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Hi Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

It does not matter weather you jog run or walk. Brisk walking is also good. You need to tarp get a certain distance say 2 kms everyday. Jogging will be the best and balanced, not too tiring or challenging but will help you burn calories fast.

The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result youll feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat.

Please do morning walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hi I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. hello lybrate user your weight is normal for your height. pls start yoga and exercise. go for brisk walk/ cycling/ running. you can do some exercise focusing your tummy only. avoid fatty, spicy, junk food and refined stuff and increase intake of whole grain and fibre rich food like daliya, salad , oats, juices, soups, almonds, wallnut, raisins etc.

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori. Kindly get your Thyroid profile and serum b12 level done and revert.

I had gone through your question and i can understand your concern I don't think it is a difficult task to loose weight . So don't loose your mind. In my opinion you should follow these guidelines strict dietary restrictions and make a chart of what you are eating and follow it very religiously. 30 to 45 minutes daily exercises, slowly start with brisk walking or jogging and gradually you can build your stamina. You should also include muscle building exercises for additional benefits. Have plenty of fruits vegetables and dietary fibers Take plenty of fluids 3 to 4 liters a day. Medicines are not recommended in your case. But if you wish to try them under strict medical supervision, you can discuss about appetite suppressant drugs like phentermine or sibutramine and lipase inhibitors like orlistat with your local doctor. These are not available over the counter I hope you will find my response informative and helpful Best wishes

Hello dear drink around one ltr hot water on an unfilled stomach. Eating raw tomato also helping reduce the belly fat .consume apple cider vinegar with your food. Curry leaves also helping detoxification of the body .and for other details join diet clinic.
