Dear user since you Hv lost weight, it is bcoz of that only. When we tend to loose weight we also loose lean body mass which is made of calcium, magnissum etc. U may be having nutritional defiencies. Kindly add good supplement of calcium magnissum proteins. For your pains. Thnx.

hello sneha , ayurvedic & specially panchakarma treatment is very effective in spine problems . pain might be due to nerve compression . thats why you also feel no blood circulation in hand (Numbness). Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. Start natural calcium supplement. Do regular stretching exercise In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. Good evening, is your pain in front of your thigh or back side of thigh, be specific for your history so that doctors can conclude easily. Mention your age, profession, site and side of pain and type of pain, aggravating factors and reliving factors too. Do not jump on your injured foot. You need to take proper rest & treatment. Consult your nearest orthopedic or physiotherapist for treatment- pwb, us, & ift. Home care - do hot fomentation, do not put weight on your injured foot.

I am 28 years old and having vitamin complex - c and k. I got my whole body medical check up and I found many complexion like - memory power going down, sleep disorder, lower leg joint weakness, swelling on my foots. What to do? For leg pain try this. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem.

I am rangaiah my age is 27 male and have leg pain .give me some suggestions please.
For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
