Apply facial cleanser with your fingertips instead of a washcloth, sponge or brush. Use lukewarm water, not very hot water. Because oily hair can make acne worse, wash your hair every day if needed. Do not pick at your face or squeeze your acne.

Hello, For your BP problems taking! glass warm water with 1/2 tsp cinnamon+ lemon water in morning will help. For weight loss you can try following simple techniques like: Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.

Lohasav 4 tsf with equal amounts of water after meals twice a day. Navak guggulu 2 tb twice a day empty stomach. Triphala churna 1/2 tsf + mulethi churna 1/2 tsf with lukewarm water in night. Lohasav, navak guggulu and triphala have the power to scrap out fat throughout the body. Restrict intake of fat .take meals rich in fibre like salad. Exercise on regular basis. Tea or coffee don't reduce any weight. All such stuff is just marketing dreams, nothing more. There is no tea/ drink/ medicine for weight loss. You got to simplify food habits. Get on to a 1200 calories diet. Do daily 30 mins exercise. Take a long term permanent approach of Health and fitness, only then things can change.

Fasting sugar 100 is Normal. No problem. You can lose weight by reducing calories intake. Take daily two fruits and three bowls of salads before meals. Drink more water and fluids. Exercise 60 mins daily. Aim for long term changes. Going in for 'quick' weight loss always leads to disappoint. Better to aim for good health and fitness on a gradual and permanent basis.
