Dear Simran, it seems that your are suffering from colitis. You need to avoid spicy and hot foods especially red chillies, pepper. FOr now you can use a remedy Podophyllum 200 once daily x 5 days and consume less of fruits and fibres for now and avoid milk.

For few days so not apply anything. Simply wash face with neem boiled water twice a day. Do for one week and revert back. Also take neem tab, manjishtha tab and Haridra tab of Himalaya co. Each 1 b.i.d. For a week. Tarunikusumakar chooran once a week at night 1 tsp with warm water. Report after a week.

Dear Lybrate user increase time of for play and after play so you both partner can get satisfaction. During day of intercourse plan both partners have light food than normal days should be earlier 2 hours of coitus time. Avoid spicy and salty food. Do yoga, Pranayam regularly 30-40 mins. It also has a large amount of glucose that can help you last longer. b) Drinking amla or gooseberry juice everyday could help you last longer in bed and also improve sperm quality as it contains iron and zinc. c) Avoid processed sugar - that could reduce your stamina. d) Cut down on smoking - It hardens your arteries and lessens blood flow to the penis. e) Reduce alcohol intake - Alcohol has a bad effect on your senses and you are not fully in the moment. f) Work on your arms and abdominal muscles -  Most of the sexual positions require the man to be on his hands and feet.
