Hello, I am 25 years old. Please is it normal to have multiple vas deference that connects to the testis?
Since 1 and half year my urine getting yellowish and I take plenty of water then frequently urination. I am also test of urine and blood but every thing is ok in the test report but I am getting horrible that something is wrong with me so pls suggest me.
I want to know that can I take VITAMIN E and MULTI VITAMIN regularly. And what is explod Tab is alternate for both?

Lie flat on your back and take a towel. Lift your leg and hook your foot into it. Now press against the towel and pull down the towel simultaneously. Repeat at least ten times per foot. This will give you flexibility and strength in the area.
