I am working out in gym for gaining muscle and following a high fibre low fat diet which includes lentils, sprouts, eggs oats egg but I have noticed that my weight has increased approx 1 kg. What should I do to reduce fat specially the belly fat and side tyres. I keep a track of calories I intake and I am not consuming more than 2800 calories a week.

As you're already working out in gym. Please check whether you gain muscle mass or fat in the body. If you gained muscle mass and that's why your weight is increased then it's not at all a problem. Its a healthy weight nland no need to worry about. But if your fat% is high then we need to make some modifications in diet.

If you're a beginner at gym and its your first do gymming only 5-6 days and take a rest of one day. Have small meals in every 2 hours gap. Do not skip any meal. Drink lot of water. 1. Avoid Skipping food from diet. 2. Have 5-6 meals/day. 3. Eat in every 2-3 hour gap, small and frequent meals. 4. Keep your body hydrated. Drink 4-5lt. Water/day. 5. Track your step. Take at least 1000 steps/day. 6. 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep. 7. Always go for exercise or brisk walking.

With exercise start working on your diet also. Weight loss is a procedure which includes 80% diet and 20% exercise. Include fat burning superfood in your diet. Keep your body hydrated. First start having small frequent meals, do not skip any meal from your routine. Skipping meals also trigger weight gain not weight loss. Have fat burning superfoods green tea, black coffee, black pepper etc. Drink lot of water, keep your body hydrated. Have a low carb, moderate protein and moderate fat diet.
