These are anti-diabetic oral medicine for treatment of diabetes and yes they are as most commonly use to control blood sugar levels.

Eat a diet that gets about 70% of its calories from carbohydrates, including breads, cereals, pasta, fruit, and vegetables, to achieve maximum carbohydrate storage. Replenish carbs, minerals, and water during long exercise sessions. Load Up on Carbohydrates, Get Enough Protein, But Not Too Much, Go Easy on Fat, Drink Fluids Early and Often, Replace Lost Electrolytes. Please give her lots of liquids. Pomegranate juice, kiwi juice, papaya (you can make juice daily) give her beetroot juice with carrot in it. You can also give her spinach soup. These all will help for her blood and her mouth.

Weight gain is a combination of healthy diet and exercise. Their are many home based weight management exercises which you can do at home. Juice is not a good option to have, it's better to have whole fruit. Plus you can have your boil chole at mid morning around 10-11 am.

Start walking or brisk walking. Add green tea, lemon tea, flaxseed, honey water in your diet, have minimum amount of carbs in your diet.
