For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Follow up after 1week... Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation...

Dear Lybrate user. Pimples in your age group is quiet common problem. U ve to take care of some points like 1 Avoid going to polluted areas 2 Wash your face frequently with plain tap water or with non moisturizing face wash. 3 Avoid oily, spicy food. 4 Increase intake of fluids in d diet 5 Increase intake of fibrous food to avoid constipation. 6 Take proper 7-8 hrs sleep.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

The pain may be of sciatic nerve involvement or muscle stiffness at lumbo sacral spine and it is common once your at rest and getting awake and involving daily activities from bed, and muscles slowly becomes warmed because of good activities gradually for this you can have regular hot and cold water fomentation of 15 min duration of same time everyday and ift physiotherapy treatment for 10 days followed by spinal flexion & extension exercises and sleeping in firm and hard even surface mattress

How to Have An Attitude of Gratitude?

1) Be Mindful of What You Have - Being thankful for very small things actually bring a great amount of joy. Have gratitude for small things like sunlight, rain, flowers, a cup of tea, a caring spouse, a child's laughter. It gives us the resilience to cope with tougher situations.

Hello. Hail fall is very common, it may be due to stress, improper sleep, inadequate diet or family history etc you can take homoeopathic medicine acid hyrdofloric 30. Twice a day and notice the effect after one month. You can also homoeopathic shampoo and oils that are easily available on homoeopathic drug stores.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

It may gas distention trouble due to indigestion. Have simple bland food (Khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. Drink lot of water. Add Jeera, Ajwain, Sonth in your food items – these herbs prevent gas formation. Reduce intake of tea – coffee. Instead you can have green tea. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. Avoid too much of Cauliflower, Peas, Brinjals, Namkeens as snacks etc. Do regular walking and mild exercises. You may also do a weekly fast – just to relax and calm down your system. Fasting also helps in cleansing of the system.

1. Apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar directly on the scar. 2. Gently massage the area so that the apple cider vinegar can be absorbed fully by the scar. 3. Allow the apple cider vinegar to dry up on its own. 4. Once you are sure that it is dry, repeat the process. 5. This can be done several times. Results can be seen after about a month of doing this process every day.

Scanty menses are also to be considered as normal menses as your urine test is negative. You r not pregnant as you already had menses. Hormonal changes or stress can cause this.

Hi, tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with health breakfast like king. Drink more water. You cannot remove diabetes. You can just control it with medicines and lifestyle modifications. Do daily exercise and eat fresh home-made food which is not deep-fried or oily to keep good health. Also, include ample amounts of fruits and vegetables in your diet and restrict sweets to once a week.
