Sedentary lifestyle and faulty dietary habits are a major cause of weight gain. Central obesity is a risk factor for diabetes & heart disease. Diet suggestions: 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ fried/ sugary foods, soft & hard drinks, chocolate, ice cream 3. Use less oil in cooking 4. Have small frequent meals instead of 3-4 large ones 5. Replace simple carbs like potato, sugar, refined grains (maida, white rice, noodles, white bread, biscuit) with complex carbs like whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, bajra, ragi, barley, oats, brown rice, atta bread) 6. Avoid sleeping or lying down within 1 hr of a meal Physical activity suggestions: 1. Brisk walk early morning daily- 45 mins + kapalbhati-15 mins + free hand- 15 mins 2. Walk instead of hiring transport & take stairs instead of lift 3. Get involved in some kind of outdoor activity- sports/ swimming/ dancing 4. Take light 15 mins walk post main meals

Hi, I had unprotected sex n take unwanted 72 pill in one hour. After 8 days I felt light Bleeding from 9 days. N have vaginal itching also. Please tell me that when will this bleeding stop. Any problem?

Whenever my weight is increased, unnecessarily I become chronic anxious whether I would get heart problem by increasing weight and thereby my weight is decreased. Fear of Death happens when we don't live properly. Try to do things you like to do. Develop some hobbies. Learn some musical instrument. Do exercise regularly. Do yoga, pranayam, meditation. Go to some NGO and spend some time there on holidays. Contribute to someone who needs your help. When you do useful things outside yourself you will realise your own value. Never worry about death. Every living being will die ultimately. Worry about a life in which you don't live fully. Explore life more, read travel, speak to people, love, laugh and try to enjoy the moment of life in our hands right now. Try to do Art of Living course.

Please see if you sweat a lot underarms and are wearing tight fittings. If so check this. Take Belladonna 30 - thrice daily 4 pills for next 3-4 days. Apply Calendula ointment on the affected area. Continue treatment.

Hi. Try these steps: Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason). Try warm liquids, especially in the morning. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eat prunes and bran cereal. Isabgol, also known as "psyllium husk," is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non-digestive problems. It contains 70 percent soluble fiber and, as a result, acts as a bulk-forming laxative. The effectiveness of isabgol largely depends on your individual health needs and the manner in which you take it.Usually, you will need to take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) of isabgol with 1 cup of water (240 ml) or fluid daily at night until your constipation passes. The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Biocombination-4/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

Hi I can understand your problem. 1) apply hot and cold foementation. 2) learn strengthening exercise of quadriceps and hamstring from physiotherapist. 3) do regular streching calf muscles. 4) wear comfortable foot wear. Do share investigation reports if you have.
