If your weight is 70 then it's ok with you but if you are feeling lethargic then start consuming high protein diet for treating weakness. This can also built little weight too. If just want to regain weight follow a protein, high carb diet. For detailed diet plan can contact privately.

Start exercising at home first and try to maintain time and if possible start work out with trademill. If you can't manage at home you can go to gym too for proper guidance.

Honey lemon water improve our digestibility so improve health. Excess of lemon can harm our teeth enamel. So lemon and honey should be mixed either in equal or lemon can be taken 1/2 spoon with little more than 1/4th spoon in a glass

Start consuming as much water as you can. Take 4-5 glasses of honey water (1/4 honey in 1 glass) take lots of salad before your every meal. Follow a high protein diet. Consume 2 glasses of milk in a day. For detailed diet plan consult privately

My friend feels exhausted and tired all the time. He gets fatigue in very short time. He has high tsh levels in his body. He has not started the medication yet as it has to be taken life long.
