Take enough rest and food- rice, potato, eggs plus vitamins for dark circles. Premature ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety. Soak a handful of fenugreek (methi) seeds in a bowl of water. Leave them to soak for atleast 5 hours. Grind them in a mixer and make a fine paste. Add few drops of rosewater to it. Apply the paste on your face. Before applying the paste wash your face with warm water so that the pores get opened. Let the pack dry for 15 minutes. Once it completely dries rinse with cold water.

you can take tab. dolo for pain. you should be avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

This is over production of sebaceous gland this oiliness is not even on the face . You can apply coconut oil and get sunlight over the area and it will reduce the feeling of oil on face

do exercise. eat fat burner foods. eat one glass luke warm water with lemon juice with one tsp honey in the early morning. follow a low calorie balanced diet. eat low calorie foods. eat more vegetables n fruits. eat 4 ltrs water.

Start doing exercises and sweat a lot: walking - daily skipping3 days in a weak jogging - 30 minutes thrice a week cycling - 20 minutes every alternative days. Pushups - 30 daily bhujangasana - daily.

If hyper thyroidism detected in first 3 months of pregnancy the first choice is ptu but subsequent 6 months pregnancy nmz (neomercazole) can be safely taken under close supervision of doctor as frequent 4-6 weekly thyroid testing needed so auto avoid under or overdosing.

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain,depression,agitation, Hypertension or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, take adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache 7. consult for further advice

Hello lybrate-user- weight loss can be easily achieved by following some ayurvedic rules- a) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up early morning if you want to study. B) avoid fast foods and foods which are processed in nature. C) practice kapalbhati pranayam in the morning. D) have foods which have more fiber content. E) take evening meals before 7 pm and try not to take milk while going to bed. F) drink water before meals as it will decrease your food urge and will reduce your weight.
